Wisconsin Rage Inc. (formerly Whitnall Rage Fastpitch), a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization formed in 2012, was created to advance the development of softball players in the southeastern part of the state encompassing several communities.   We aspire to develop a highly competitive girls softball program; creating an environment for an exceptional educational and athletic experience for its athletes.  An experience where every athlete is guided using the principles of positive coaching and encouragement while emphasizing team play, individual development, sportsmanship, and good character.  Our working environment is one where players can reach their full potential and achieve the self-confidence and positive self-esteem necessary to be successful both on and off the playing field. 

The Wisconsin Rage expects all of its members, regardless of their position within the organization, to conduct themselves with community respect at the forefront.  We will treat all persons encountered – on the diamond and off – with the utmost respect.  The overriding goal of the organization is to put a winning product on the field while not losing sight of the bigger picture.  We will develop great people first, and great softball players second.  We hope you enjoy the opportunity to see this mission in person.
